For reservations, just send us a message on our Facebook page or proceed to our Reservations site: https://icecreamreservations.company.site.

*A notification will be sent to the phone number/email address/social account you provided at checkout once your order is ready to be delivered or picked up. 

Deliveries and in-store pickups are made during business hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Sunday

Potential delays may occur due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control or force majeure.

Ice Cream City's Manila delivers within Metro Manila and some areas in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal serviceable by app couriers such as but not limited to Amigo, GrabExpress, Lalamove, Angkas, Borzo (formerly Mr. Speedy) and Toktok.*


Delivery Rates and Estimates

For calculated delivery rates: Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is out for delivery, you will receive a notification from us via text or email or through our social media channels which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  

Tracking link for the delivery will be based from app couriers such as but not limited to Amigo, GrabExpress, Lalamove, Angkas, Borzo (formerly Mr. Speedy) and Toktok.

If you haven’t received your order on the delivery date, please contact us at +639173090946 or email us at support@icecreamcitys.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Returns, Refunds or Cancellations

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food products such as but not limited to frozen desserts, as well as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please order only at the official Ice Cream City website (www.icecreamcitys.com). Transactions via unofficial resellers will not be honored.

 

Cancellation

Your orders will be processed after payment verification. Unpaid orders within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled by our system.

Orders that were confirmed via text or email or through our social media channels as processed or ready for delivery cannot be cancelled.

Rescheduling of delivery is allowed in the event that the recipient is not available to receive the order given that the request is made at least 24 hours before the delivery date. Rescheduling confirmation will be sent by our store via text or email or through our social media channels.
